Tired of seeing the same jewellery pieces in the high street, Alice Barrett set up Ali Vaughn Jewellery in 2018, making affordable costume jewellery with a difference. Outside of her standard collection, most of Alice’s designs are bespoke, one off pieces.
Alice worked in the corporate world for many years and during that time, to satisfy her creative spirit, she qualified in both the beauty and interior design industries. Discovering her love of all things aesthetically appealing and indulging in her creative side, Alice took private tuition with an artisan jeweller. She never looked back and soon after Ali Vaughn Jewellery was born.
The Vaughn name belonged to Alice’s paternal grandmother, who sadly passed away when Alice was very young. Vaughn was also used as the Irish version of the McMahon name, which was her maternal grandmother’s. This lady, Alice never met, as she was buried the day Alice was born. The Ali Vaughn Jewellery collection is in memory of these two wonderful ladies as well as Alice’s parents, the next generation………

“My jewellery is not mass produced rather it is hand made by me, with love. So when you order a jewellery piece, be it a beaded necklace, pearl earrings or a costume bracelet, it will take a little time. I carefully produce each piece in a timely manner, yet I allow adequate time to the creation process to produce a high quality, uniquely designed piece of jewellery.”
Bespoke Jewellery Range
Unique designs are Ali Vaughn’s specialty. We are all unique in our own way and so also should our jewellery. If you like what you see you’ve got to act now before another jewellery lover grabs it!

Bridal Jewellery Range
The Bridal range at Ali Vaughn Jewellery is hand made using high quality pearls, crystals, beads and rhinestone. If you don’t see anything that catches your fancy for your big day, get in touch.
Bridal packages are available including jewellery for brides and bridesmaids, pearls and crystal earrings, necklaces and bracelets. Alice is more than happy to design a unique necklace, bracelet or custom earrings for the mother of the bride and groom as well as any guests.
She offers a free consultation which provides advice on what type of styles and colours will suit your needs. A wedding day is so much more than just a day and Alice is happy to give you the time you need to choose the perfect jewellery piece.
While the Bridal jewellery range is perfect for your big day they can be worn with any outfit for any occasion.
Re-Styled Jewellery Range
Ali Vaughn Jewellery’s Re-Styled collection is very varied. These superior quality pieces are mostly redesigned, using jewellery pieces that originally were something different! The original jewellery piece is totally dismantled, stones are reset and every segment is scrupulously cleaned and polished. And finally, carefully chosen complimentary findings are added to complete the designer look. A regular necklace or bracelet or a combination of many is totally transformed into an exquisite designer jewellery piece. Alice can be seen rummaging through designer shops, attending auctions and browsing at flea markets, looking for the best quality, high end beads and bling!

Wire Wrapped Jewellery Range
Wire wrapping is a very old style of jewellery design and these pieces begin as simple wire. At Ali Vaughn Jewellery, this process is a manual one where Alice slowly coils the wire, using a hand operated gizmo, a long time-consuming process. The completed design depends on the components used and all is carefully intertwined and guaranteed to complement each other. Alice then adds a mix of beads, pearls, crystals, natural stone and other appropriate findings to complete the unique design.
You may have a sentimental medal, coin, selection of beads, crystals or precious stone that you would like to wear as a necklace, bracelet or earrings, Alice can wire wrap them for you and you can do just that!
